What should a company's business ethics look like?

As a manufacturer of vertical balers, advertising and promotional machines and cutting presses, we would like to set out, from our own point of view, what business ethics means and what it should look like.

How does an ethical company behave?

  • It does not disparage competitors. It never names rivals and says things like “you should not buy from that company”.
  • It values its customers. This attitude starts before the sale.
  • It honours the contract. For machines built or on order, it delivers exactly what the contract says.
  • It does not sell with untruths. It gives accurate information in sales and marketing.
  • It stays reachable after the sale. It does not stop answering the phone once the sale is complete.
  • It is solution-oriented. It sets about finding a solution straight away, even for the smallest issue.

Our customers are valuable to us, and we are always ready to provide a level of service that reflects that.
