PYBX1 Hot Foil Stamping Press

The PYBX1 is a pneumatic press for hot foil stamping with a heated die. It is used to apply foil to jewellery boxes, cake boxes, gift boxes, ice-cream tubs, trays and party supplies, as well as to plastic, glass and cardboard surfaces.

Functions such as foil advance adjustment, foil precision and temperature precision let you tune the stamping to each product. The temperature is adjustable from 0 to 300 °C, and stamping time and heat are set from the control system. The lower table can be designed as a moving or manually operated table, and working with a fixed table is also possible.

As standard the machine is pneumatic and runs on a 220 V household supply; on request it can be built with a hydraulic system instead. It is produced in custom sizes such as 5×5, 10×10 and 20×20. The sturdy frame is finished with oven-cured paint to protect it against rust, and the long-life electrical components are based on German and Italian technology.
