PTN250 (P30) Vertical Baler

The P30 (PTN250) is a vertical baler with up to 30 t of press force that produces bales of up to 250 kg from materials such as paper, cardboard and plastic film. It is one of the most popular models in the Piton vertical baler range. Bales measure 1200 × 800 mm at the base and 1000 mm in height.

A single-cylinder, twin-guide design keeps the pressure even during pressing and produces well-balanced bales, while retaining claws stop the compressed material from springing back upwards. The bale ejector, together with the wide-angle, smooth-surfaced design, makes it easy to drop the finished bale onto a pallet or pallet truck.

High-performance hydraulic and electronic components are used throughout the machine. It runs on a 380 V supply, with a 3 kW motor and a 34-second cycle time. For special dimensions and additional equipment, please get in touch with us.
