PTN150 (P20) Vertical Baler

Recyclable waste quickly takes up a great deal of space and creates clutter in working areas. With 20 t of press force, the Piton P20 compresses this waste into compact bales, freeing up floor space and making waste handling more efficient.

Unpressed waste adds cost at every stage of storage, transport and stacking. Waste baled with the P20 takes up far less room and can be stored and shipped in an orderly way. A retaining system prevents the compressed material from springing back, support shafts and a balanced pressure system keep the pressing even, and the bale ejector makes it easy to remove the finished bale from the chamber.

The machine runs on a 380 V supply, with a 2.2 kW motor and a 40-second cycle time. The P20 holds a CE certificate, ISO certificates and the Turkish “Yerli ve Milli” (domestic production) certificate, and is fitted with motor protection and contactor systems as well as guards that meet occupational health and safety requirements.
