PTN450 (P45)
Overview
The PTN450 is a vertical baler with up to 50 t of press force that forms 450 kg bales from recyclable waste such as paper and cardboard. It is one of the most popular models in the Piton vertical baler range. Bales measure 1200 × 800 mm at the base and 1000 mm in height.
Its single-cylinder, twin-guide design provides balanced pressing and a long service life. Retaining claws stop the compressed material from rising back up, and a rear cylinder pushes the finished bale out of the chamber with ease. Four tying channels allow the bale to be tied securely.
The wide-angle, ergonomic design makes the machine easy to use. It runs on a 380–400 V supply, with a 5 kW motor and a 40-second cycle time. For custom orders, please get in touch with us.
