PT07
Overview
The PT07 travelling head cutting press is a hydraulic die-cutting machine for leather used in footwear manufacturing, EVA and fabric used in hotel slipper production, inner and outer bag components, and similar materials. Its large head size makes it easy to work with big cutting dies.
The machine runs on a 380 V supply. The standard head size is 50 × 50, which can be extended to 60 × 60 by adding a 10 × 10 plate. Custom sizes such as 70 × 70, 80 × 80, 90 × 90 and 100 × 100 are also manufactured on request.
A wear-resistant aluminium and steel table, an inverter for precise pressure adjustment, a large oil tank and an Italian valve system form the core equipment. German and Italian technology is used in the electrical components. The frame can be split into two parts so that it can be moved into confined spaces. The machine is covered by a 1-year warranty and is supplied with its hydraulic oil.
