Cutting Machines

A cutting press pushes a cutting die through the material and cuts the same shape to the same size every time. On leather, fabric, foam and EVA, in shoe, bag and hotel slipper production, it replaces hand cutting and improves both speed and consistency between parts.

We offer three types. On the travelling head cutting press the head moves across a wide table; it suits series production workshops working with large dies and wide material, and it can be split into two sections to get into tight spaces. The swing arm cutting press works with a smaller cutting area and is the usual first choice for workshops that are just starting production. The roller cutting press cuts by passing the material and the die between rollers and, with its long bed, is used for EVA, foam, paper and fabric.

When choosing, look at the material you cut, your largest die size, the number of cuts per day and the space in your workshop. For travelling head presses, non-standard sizes can be built to order.
