This notice has been prepared under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") to inform you about the personal data we process through our contact and quotation forms.

- Company information: the name of the company you work for or represent
- Request details: the content of your message, the product you are interested in and the details of your quotation request
Our forms do not ask for special categories of personal data. Please do not include such information in the message field.
Purposes of processing
- To review your contact and quotation requests and to reply to you
- To prepare a quotation for the product or service you request and to carry out pre-sales discussions
- To keep records of requests and applications and to protect rights in the event of a dispute
- To comply with obligations arising from legislation
Your personal data is not used to send commercial marketing messages without your explicit consent.
Method of collection and legal grounds
Your personal data is collected electronically when you fill in the contact and quotation forms on our website or reach us by e-mail, telephone or messaging applications. It is processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK: processing being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, the establishment, exercise or protection of a right, and the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed.
Transfer of personal data
Your personal data is not sold to third parties. Limited to the purposes stated above, it may be shared with the suppliers from whom we obtain website hosting, e-mail and information technology services, with our authorised representatives where the nature of your request requires it, and with competent public authorities where there is a legal obligation. If a transfer abroad becomes necessary, the conditions laid down in Article 9 of the KVKK are observed.
Retention period
Your personal data is kept for the time needed to conclude your request and for the retention periods required by the applicable legislation. When these periods expire, your data is erased, destroyed or anonymised.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may apply to the data controller to exercise the following rights:
- To learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, to request information about it
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose
- To know the third parties, in Türkiye or abroad, to whom the data is transferred
- To request the correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
- To request the erasure or destruction of the data under the conditions laid down in the KVKK
- To request that correction, erasure and destruction be notified to the third parties to whom the data has been transferred
- To object to a result that is to your detriment arising from the analysis of the data exclusively by automated systems
- To claim compensation if you suffer damage because the data has been processed unlawfully

You can send requests concerning your rights by e-mail to info@pitonmakina.com or in writing to the address above. Please include enough information for us to verify your identity and a clear description of your request. Applications are concluded as soon as possible, depending on the nature of the request, and within the statutory period laid down in the KVKK.
