PTSBX1 Hot Stamping Press

The PTSBX1 is a hot stamping press designed for businesses that want to mark their products by hot stamping. It is used in leather goods, garment, footwear and bag manufacturing, as well as for advertising and promotional items. Depending on your needs, the machine is custom-built as either a hydraulic or a pneumatic press.

Hydraulic versions can be built with press forces such as 5, 10, 15, 20 and 30 tons, on either an H-type or a T-type frame. The hydraulic unit uses Italian-brand pumps and gear pumps and includes a cooler and a heat-resistant design. Hydraulic oil is supplied with the machine free of charge.

The temperature is adjustable from 0 to 300 °C, and stamping time and heat are set from the control system. The machine runs on a 220 V or 380 V supply. Hot stamping presses are produced in custom sizes such as 5×5, 10×10, 20×20 and 30×30.

First-class materials are used throughout, with electrical components based on German and Italian technology. The PTSBX1 is manufactured in Türkiye and covered by a 1-year manufacturer's warranty. Please request a quote for the tonnage, frame type and size that suit your application.
