P50W Fiber Laser Marking Machine

The 50 W fiber laser marking machine is used to mark text, logos and patterns on metal, plastic, leather and similar surfaces.

It covers a wide range of applications: all types of metal, including silver, gold, platinum, copper and aluminium, as well as leather, many types of plastic, MDF, parquet, circuit boards, plates, promotional items, mirrored and acrylic plexiglass, phone cases, painted products, bank cards and carbon-based materials. It is also used for button restoration work.

The machine is built around a genuine Raycus Q-series laser source, a Sino Galvo galvanometer and a JCZ EzCad2 control card with Turkish-language software. Depending on the lens selected, the working area is 110 × 110, 150 × 150 or 300 × 300 mm. The air-cooled system operates at a wavelength of 1064 nm and marks characters as small as 0.1 mm; the laser life is 100,000 hours. Focusing is manual, and the machine has a dual red pointer.

The machine comes on its own table and is supplied with professional drawing software, more than 1,000 ready-made patterns and drawings, safety goggles and a foot pedal. Training, shipping and installation are free of charge, and the machine comes with a 2-year warranty.
