APBPX1 Hot Foil Stamping Machine for Licence Plate Holders

The APBPX1 is a pneumatic hot foil stamping machine developed for applying foil to the standard-size licence plate holders used on vehicles. The injection-moulded holder is placed on the fixture, and the heated silicone die presses the stamping foil onto the surface of the part.

The machine performs a transfer process: it applies foil to an injection-moulded product by means of a silicone die and has no function for writing text. We recommend keeping this distinction in mind when choosing the machine.

The temperature can be set anywhere from 0 to 300 °C, and both stamping time and heat are adjusted easily from the control system. Because it runs on a 220 V household supply, it is economical to operate. First-class materials are used in its construction, and the electrical components are based on German and Italian technology.
