PTİREX – Car Tire Baler

Waste tires are bulky, hard to stack neatly and, as they pile up, add time and cost to storage, transport and recycling. The PTİREX vertical tire baler compresses them with 45 t of press force into dense, uniform bales weighing up to 1000 kg.

Developed for production plants, recycling yards, automotive workshops, industrial sites and waste collection centres, the machine has a powerful hydraulic system that presses effectively even with resilient materials such as tires. Each bale is tied with five wires; baled tires take up less room, ship more easily and move into recycling in a more planned way. This also reduces the lost space, safety risks and disorder caused by tires piling up loose in yards or warehouses.

With a robust body suited to heavy-duty work and a mechanical design intended for industrial use, the PTİREX offers long and reliable service under intensive operation. It runs on a 7.5 kW motor with a cycle time of 57 seconds, and its bale chamber measures 1525 × 1300 × 760 mm. The transport height of the machine is 3100 mm.
