PTEX1 – Used Textile Baler

The PTEX1 is a vertical textile waste baler that compacts the fabric offcuts, trimmings, rejected products and fibre residues generated in textile production into compact bales. Textile waste is light but bulky, so it quickly takes up space on the production floor and creates clutter. The PTEX1 bales this waste with up to 60 t of press force, freeing up space and simplifying storage, transport and dispatch for recycling.

The machine produces bales measuring 1200 × 1500 × 800 mm and weighing 350–400 kg, depending on the material. The feed opening is 1500 mm wide and 773 mm high. The cycle time is 40 seconds and the noise level is 68 dB; the machine is driven by a 7.5 kW motor and runs on a 380–400 V three-phase supply.

Its durable frame and powerful hydraulic system are designed for intensive use. The machine is easy for operators to use, fits quickly into the daily workflow and reduces staff workload by preventing waste from piling up loose. It is suited to textile factories, garment workshops, sewing rooms, export companies and large-scale production facilities.
