P20 Twin-Chamber Baler with Travelling Press Head (20 t)

The P202X is a twin-chamber baler with a travelling press head, developed to compact cardboard, paper, plastic film and similar recyclable waste in separate chambers of a single machine. Because each waste type is pressed in its own chamber, materials stay neatly separated and waste handling becomes more controlled and more efficient.

The chambers are loaded from the top, which makes feeding quick and straightforward, and a retaining system prevents compacted material from springing back. A hydraulic bale ejection system in each chamber makes it easy to move the finished bale onto a pallet, while four tying points help secure the bale. The machine applies up to 20 t of press force and produces cardboard bales of up to 200 kg, with a cycle time of 34 seconds.

Compared with running several single-chamber machines, the P202X saves floor space and is a more efficient solution in terms of maintenance, service and operating costs. It is particularly suited to businesses that generate large amounts of cardboard, paper and plastic waste.
