P20 Three-Chamber Baler with Travelling Press Head (20 t)

The P203X is a three-chamber waste compaction baler with a travelling press head, developed for recycling and waste management operations. It compacts paper, cardboard, plastic, plastic film, textile and similar recyclable waste with 20 t of press force, reducing its volume and thereby lowering storage, transport and logistics costs.

The three-chamber design allows different waste types to be handled at the same time or separately. A single-cylinder travelling press head moves between the chambers and carries out the pressing in a controlled manner. The machine is operated with a hydraulic joystick, and bales are tied manually with wire. Material fed through the 1200 × 800 mm chamber opening is turned into bales weighing 200–250 kg.

Its sturdy frame and its mechanical and hydraulic systems, built for industrial working conditions, are designed for a long service life, and the machine is easy, safe and practical for the operator to use. It is suited to facilities that want to handle several waste types on one machine and need high capacity.
