Glass Crushing Machine

The PTCAM Glass Crushing Machine reduces the volume of empty glass bottles by crushing them, helping you manage glass waste in a tidier, safer and more efficient way. Crushed glass takes up far less room in wheeled waste containers, so collections are needed less often and storage space is saved.

The machine is designed with operator safety in mind: the crushing chamber is fully enclosed, and a safety switch and locking system are active while crushing is in progress. Its compact, durable construction fits into tight spaces and suits everyday use. It runs on a 220 V single-phase supply and has a 1.5 kW motor.

It is suitable for businesses that generate large amounts of glass waste, such as hotels, restaurants, bars, nightclubs and recycling facilities. It eases the workload by reducing the volume of empty bottles that build up during events, at weekends and in periods of high consumption. Alternative power supply options and a galvanised body are available on request.
