Drum Crushing Press

The heavy-duty drum crusher safely and efficiently crushes drums of up to 210 litres, reducing the space they occupy. In industrial plants, production areas, waste management sites, recycling businesses and storage areas, it frees up floor space and lowers storage and transport costs.

With a maximum compaction force of 24 t, a 6:1 compaction ratio and a 40-second cycle time, the machine is suited to fast-paced work. A single hydraulic cylinder, a twin guide system and a ram bearing structure ensure that pressure is applied in a balanced, controlled way. The thick, reinforced steel plates used in the body keep the machine durable and long-lived even under heavy pressure.

The electrical cabinet, built to IP65, protects against rain, humidity, temperature changes and harsh working conditions. The machine is offered with manual or automatic PLC operation, and its safety equipment helps protect the operator.
