Building a machine is not easy, and neither is saving the capital needed to buy one. That is why we would like to share what you should look out for so that you can make your payment with confidence when purchasing a machine.
Questions to ask before you pay
- Where is the company's production site? Does it keep you informed about the stages of production as the machine is completed?
- Will the company issue you an invoice?
- What does the warranty cover? Does the company stand behind its warranty commitment, and for which customers has it done so before?
- Have colleagues in your industry done business with this company before?
- Does the company have a trade registry record and the relevant documents? Can you see a sample product at its premises?

It is not always easy to find a complete answer to every one of these questions. In such cases we recommend consulting people around you and in your industry before you decide. At Piton Makine Sanayi we work on the strength of our references and answer all of these questions openly.
